Our factory spans an area of over 100,000m², with a coastline of 800m. The steel outfitting wharf measures 180m in length. We have three building berths capable of constructing 20,000-ton class vessels, and nine berths for 5,000-ton class vessels, three of which are steel berths located in-house.

We also feature six exposed berths where up to nine vessels (Length: 90~150m, Molded Breadth: less than 24/34m) can be constructed simultaneously.

The areas of the two indoor block building workshops and three exposed block building workshops are 3,000m² and 2,100m² respectively. Our facilities for vessel outfitting and mooring trial docks are both complete and sufficient.

The L-shaped wharf is 180m long and can moor five 90-meter vessels at the same time. Additionally, we provide workshops for steel plate NC cutting, machining, block fabrication, outfitting fabrication, piping fabrication, and machinery machining.

Our main products are mid-sized and small commercial vessels, particularly workboats like AHTS, PSV, supply vessels, utility/maintenance vessels, ASD tugs, towing tugs, safety standby boats, and auxiliary petrol boats. In the past 25 years, we have built around 400 vessels.

Guangzhou Shunhai Shipyards was established in December 1999. We are an approved private shipyard with our own factory land, workshops, electric factory, and comprehensive shipbuilding facilities.

Almost 95% of our products are specifically crafted for overseas clients, tailored swiftly to meet their unique requirements. Leveraging our skilled technical design teams, we specialize in delivering custom-made vessels that precisely fit our clients' needs.

Additionally, we are open to building vessels based on designs provided by external naval architects. Our portfolio of successful collaborations includes prestigious design offices such as ConanWu, KCM, Seatech, Shiptech, Focus offshore, Roberalan, and ILL.
